Description The Technical Analyst/Support is responsible for resolving technical and functional issues associated with the implementation of the various innersolution applications. The role involves resolving technical and functional issues associated with the implementation of innersolution applications. The ideal Candidate will have some computer experience, some programming preferred, and assist in the development of standard business processes. Project analysis and troubleshooting will also play a key role. Skills The Candidate must possess a keen ability to learn and assimilate information rapidly in a challenging and fast growing environment. Must be able to work both solo and within a team. Strong problem solving skills and technical aptitude are required. The Candidate must be able to deal effectively with the user community as well as with users who have various levels of technical expertise and must know various development tools including SQL and .Net(C#). We are looking for someone that understand the three tier architecture and the application server and database technologies. Skills The Candidate will have 2 or more years software development experience, a BS/MS Computer Science or equivalent preferred. The Candidate must have experience creating and implementing mid to large internet-based application designs.
